VideoForger ("we", "our", "us") operates videoforger.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

Account information: email, name, authentication credentials. OAuth providers share name, email, and profile picture.

Video content: uploaded source videos, uploaded images, generated outputs, thumbnails, and related render artifacts are stored so we can process your request, serve downloads and share links, and support retries or remixes.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, video processing requests.

To provide the Service, process video narration requests, send account emails, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

We use a third-party AI content provider for script generation, a neural voice provider for narration synthesis, Google / Microsoft / Apple OAuth for authentication, and a merchant-of-record payment provider for billing. Our AI and voice providers do not use your data to train models.

Account data is retained while active. Output videos remain available from your library until you delete them or ask us to remove them. Source uploads may be retained while needed for processing, retries, or remixes; abandoned source uploads are purged on a retention window. Request deletion at hello@videoforger.com.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text. No method is 100% secure.
